Dania Beach PATCH Urban Market Event
Dania Beach, FL (May 21, 2016) – Slide into Summer this Saturday, May 21st at the Dania Beach PATCH (People’s Access to Community Horticulture) Event. The free family event starts at 9AM at 1201 N.W. Dania Beach Boulevard, Dania Beach, FL 33004.
Activities will include water fun with a giant waterslide, Y-Fit activities, children’s summer program registration, healthy food demonstrations with FLIPANY,  farmers market, and much more!   Please come dressed to get wet and have fun learning about healthy eating and physical activity.   Farm fresh produce includes onions, kale, peppers, mint, white eggplants and collards.
Summer gardeners – check out The PATCH’s nursery, and the farm staff will be ready to answer any questions about summer growing.  Stay for the Grand Opening of the Community Garden at 1:00PM!
