Join South Broward Community Health Hub’s own Nurturing a Neighborhood Market team for their Neighborhood Market and Wellness Fair. This in-person event will take place on Saturday, December 16, 2023, from 10 am – 2 pm (Eastern Time) on the grounds of:

Jaco Pastorius Community Center

Our fair will feature something for everyone. We hope to see you there!

EVENT/EXHIBITOR HIGHLIGHTS:

• Pre-order and pick up your produce and other goodies for your December Holiday Festivities!
• Learn from and connect with some providers about local nutrition & health resources available
• Participate in free fitness activities (kid-friendly + adults) & health screenings
• Enjoy food samples during the nutrition demonstration using some local fresh ingredients!
• Urban Health Partnerships’ Community Liaisons and South Broward Community Health Hub (SBCHH) team will share information on UHP and the SBCHH at the booth.

• The Nurturing a Neighborhood Market team will have an informational booth at the fair. Click here to learn more about opportunities for local community growers and farmers to sell their harvests and for customers to purchase fresh produce.
• We will have Fitness activities scheduled to begin at 12 p.m., including a Yoga Class and much more.
